Hotel reception was very helpful for local food. Facilities was clean and sufficient. Not well placed for public transport, will need a car or taxis. Would of liked more tourist information for any local attractions or places to visit.

My husband and I wanted to get away for the Valentine's Day weekend after finding out I was 7 weeks pregnant. We experienced terrible customer service. The front desk employees act like you're a problem when you have a need. You also can't charge anything from the scarce and ransacked hotel convenience store room to your room, even though we put a valid credit card on file and paid for our room ahead too. There is no conditioner on the premises, and they refuse to give you an extra pillow. Being 7 weeks pregnant the first trimester heartburn is a massive problem, so propping up to sleep helps a lot. Very dated rooms. We will stick with Hilton next time. We even considered leaving early and just cutting our losses but all we had left was one more nights Smells like marijuana even though they say they have a "no smoking policy". It would have been find if they would have atleast been kind at the front desk. We're easy going people that never leave reviews and chalk most odd interactions up to someone having a bad day, but this level of unprofessionalism needed a review. Paying customers deserve to know. Babymoon FAIL. Stay somewhere else.

If you are white, don't stay at this hotel. They will give you dirty looks. I received racism there for being white. Horrible internet, breakfast only offers eggs and cold coffee. Bad service, bad beds.

I noticed the cracked floor tile as I walked in. Walked in the room and I wanted to walk back and check out immediately and i would have, had it not been that I checked in close to midnight. For all intents and purposes, my money would have been better spent at Motel 6. My expectation wouldn’t have been crushed. How it got 8.6 on the reviews is questionable. That’s what sucked me in. But I should have known better, judging from its rate and other accommodations that were virtually walking distance from it. Folks loitering in the parking lot at an unholy hour of the day. Went to the market to get a soda and other than Dr. Pepper , all the other 10 drinks (yes 10) in the cooler were diet. And they were behind a locked door!!!! 😯. Tea in cooler was unsweetened and when I asked for sugar, I got 4 packs. Asked for more and was told that was all they had until the vendor serving breakfast shows up in the morning. No breakfast for me, if it has to be transported in, but more importantly, because the place doesn’t look sanitary. Clerk actually told me they(front desk} have to clean bathroom in the lobby so they keep it under lock and key. It’s only available for folks staying there and/or their guests. I checked in for 6 nights. Can’t wait for the sun to rise so I can check out. This’s my first stay at this chain and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. Made reservation with a brand I’m familiar with. Costs more but its a small price to pay for my safety and comfort, not having police banging on a door at 1:00am I think you get the picture. First and last time at La Quinta for me🙃

Room’s smell, dirty carpet, no breakfast was available with no alternative and they ran out of coffee. Heating unit was so loud I couldn’t sleep. No amenities in rooms to speak of. Bed and pillows smelled like they were old and body odor. When I was getting out of my car a family was changing clothes in the parking lot. There was marijuana smoking on my floor. No dog waste bags available if you have a dog.
